• Refunds: If you are eligible for a refund (only applicable to full-price items within 7 days), the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Exchange Conditions: If you wish to exchange an item, it must be in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging intact. If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead.
